Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm + every other Saturday, 9:00am–1:00pm

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Handover Specialist to join our team at NK Motors Kia in Chilwell, Nottingham.

As our Vehicle Handover Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire vehicle delivery process, ensuring every customer receives a professional, memorable and first-class handover experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating the delivery and handover process for all new and used vehicle sales from start to finish.
- Ensuring all relevant vehicle delivery paperwork is completed accurately and checked.
- Completing final FCA sign-off and uploading documentation to the ITC platform.
- Accepting vehicles from the valeting department and ensuring they meet our high standards before customer collection.
- Liaising with the Service Department to progress-chase servicing, MOTs and PDI work to ensure everything is completed on time.
- Keeping customers regularly updated regarding the progress and delivery of their vehicle.
- Arranging finance sign-ups with the Business Manager prior to delivery where required.
- Communicating payment requirements clearly and professionally and taking final balances.
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional products, including service plans and vehicle protection packages.
- Introducing customers to our Service Team and helping establish a strong relationship for their future visits.
- Encouraging customers to leave positive 5-star Google and AutoTrader reviews.
- Supporting excellent customer satisfaction scores through the Kia customer satisfaction survey.
- Taking photographs of customers collecting their vehicles and forwarding them to our Marketing Manager.
- Delivering a vehicle handover experience that exceeds customer expectations every time.
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Previous automotive experience is advantageous but not essential. We're particularly interested in people with strong customer service, retail, hospitality, sales or administration backgrounds who have the right attitude and personality.
Salary & Earning Potential
£26,500 per year, with the opportunity to earn an additional £200–£300 per month through the upselling of additional products such as service plans and vehicle protection packages.
