Must be a Driver: You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and have access to your own reliable car for travelling between client homes.
Must Live Locally: This role requires community travel within Horsham. We can only accept applications from candidates who currently reside in the Horsham area.
No Sponsorship Available: We are strictly not able to provide visa sponsorship. You must already possess permanent, unrestricted Right to Work in the UK. What Does the Role Look Like?
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you are there for the meaningful, everyday moments. Driving between our local clients' homes, you will work side-by-side with them to help older people lead fulfilling, independent lives. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality personal care, companionship, and emotional support.
- Assisting with medication management, meal preparation, and light domestic tasks.
- Updating digital care logs accurately via our internal scheduling apps.
