Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Customer Success Advisor to join our highly respected Customer Success Team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and school leaders to ensure they gain maximum value from our educational programmes.
You will provide hands‑on support, deliver impactful training, and share insights that demonstrate real-world benefits—ultimately helping schools embed our products effectively and supporting license renewals.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement
- Support teachers, literacy leads, and senior leaders with successful implementation and continued use of our products.
- Build trusted relationships by delivering prompt, professional, GDPR‑compliant support.
- Share clear, relevant messaging to help strengthen school engagement.
Training Delivery
- Deliver online and face‑to‑face training sessions for educators.
- Use practical examples and storytelling to demonstrate best practice and programme impact.
Usage Monitoring, Impact & Reporting
- Monitor school and student activity through internal dashboards.
- Identify underuse or performance barriers and offer tailored guidance.
- Produce clear, actionable reports highlighting student progress and programme impact.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Renewals, and Marketing teams to improve the customer journey.
- Identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities and support account growth.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Person SpecificationEssential Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
