As we continue to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver the high standards our customers know and love.

The Role
Working alongside the Founders and Management Team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the café, ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience while supporting and developing the wider team.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and supporting the daily operation of the café.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Supporting, coaching and motivating the team.
- Maintaining our high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation.
- Assisting with stock control, ordering and operational procedures.
- Supporting the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Helping drive sales while maintaining an efficient service.
- Leading by example and embodying the VanillaCo values.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality or retail.
- Is a confident leader who enjoys developing others.
- Remains calm, organised and positive under pressure.
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Takes pride in delivering consistently high standards.
- Is reliable, proactive and enjoys taking ownership.
- Is available to work weekdays, weekends and occasional evenings as required.
