Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests at the Plough at Eaves. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
- Deliver orders promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
- Serve customers drinks orders at the bar
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Must be 18 or over in order to serve drinks on the bar
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Culinary background or interest is a plus
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and guest services
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
