Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain office records and manage filing systems both electronically and in hard copy
- Ensure smooth communication within the office and with external parties
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when dealing with clients and stakeholder
- Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and managing petty cash.
- Oversee customer billing and ensure timely payment processing.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with staff and external contacts
Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 and Alternate Saturdays 10am - 14.00

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
