Skills for our Bar Supervisor:
- Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced bar ideally with some supervisory experience.
- Commitment to delivering exemplary service
- Cocktail knowledge and experience.
- Problem solving skills, with an ability to resolve in the moment and support Bar Staff with escalated issues.
- Excellent Communication skills and able to deal with a variety of customers, from Leisure stays to business travellers.
- Experience of working in a hotel will be advantageous.
As our Bar Supervisor some of your duties will include:
- Manage the bar team across multiple bars ensuring that the bars are stocked, presentable and ready for service.
- Oversee the bar staff on shifts and resolve any issues that arise whilst supporting your staff to deliver excellent service.
- Train the team to prepare on and off specification cocktails.
- Support the team by developing their knowledge surrounding the drinks on our menus.
- Support the Bar Manager with maintaining stock control and arranging deliveries.
- Support the wider Supervisory team and Head of Department team with ensuring guest satisfaction is met across the resort.
- Supporting the wider Supervisory and Head of Department team in times of disruption or heavy workload to ensure we maintain excellent customer scores.
