We're looking for a bright enthusiastic person to join our small team in a busy hotel/bar kitchen.
The successful candidate will learn every aspect of how each section operates in the kitchen and will assist with preparing and helping the other team members where necessary.
Candidates must have a current food hygiene certificate level 2 or above and be flexible with working hours.
Shifts will vary between 5 hours to a double shift, and hours of working are 10.30am to 11.30pm.
Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience working in a bar restaurant environment preparing typical, but good quality food and who is looking to progress their skills, but this is not essential.
