About The Role

Supporting and mentoring care assistants in the community

Carrying out spot checks, supervisions and care reviews

Monitoring and improving care quality

Building relationships with clients and families

Participating in the on-call rota
-
Full-time- 2 week shift pattern working 5 days per week

Includes alternate weekends

8-hour shifts

On-call duties on a rota basis
