Frucolate is a premium chocolate and dessert destination in Blackburn, creating indulgent experiences around high-quality melted chocolate, desserts and refreshing cold drinks.
We’re looking for a dynamic, confident and outgoing Team Member who loves working with people, enjoys being part of a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to put themselves out there.
This isn't just a traditional hospitality role. Frucolate is a social-media-driven brand, and our team are a big part of our content, our customer experience and our growth.
The Role
As a Frucolate Team Member, you will be responsible for creating an exciting experience for every customer while helping us grow sales and our social media presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers with energy, enthusiasm and a genuine smile.
- Preparing and serving our premium chocolate products, desserts and cold drinks to a consistently high standard.
- Sampling products and confidently approaching customers to introduce them to Frucolate.
- Driving sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge and upselling.
- Recommending additional products, toppings, drinks and upgrades where appropriate.
- Being confident appearing on our social media content — including videos, reels, TikToks and promotional content.
- Helping create fun, engaging and authentic content that represents the Frucolate brand.
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and presented to a premium standard at all times.
- Following all food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.
- Working effectively as part of a team during busy periods.
- Going above and beyond to create an experience customers want to come back for.
