Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team, specializing in Tanker & Drainage Services. In this role, you will actively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, promote our services, and generate new business opportunities. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B telemarketing calls to prospective clients, promoting our tanker and drainage solutions
- Identify customer needs and present tailored service options to meet their requirements
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions within our CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding market reach
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish to serve diverse client bases
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales approaches
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or telesales roles, preferably within the drainage or related service industries
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Service M8 or equivalent tools for managing customer interactions
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate technical service benefits clearly and persuasively over the phone
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
