As our industry continues to grow, so do we! We are now looking for a Junior Project Manager to help plan, drive and manage projects within transportation and installation of wind turbine generators.
What will you do?
As our new Project Manager, you will plan, manage and deliver the installation of custom-engineered offshore projects. You will ensure that projects are executed safely and professionally and meet the project contract's obligations.
Your main tasks include:
- Integrate a safety-first approach from planning through to project execution
- Oversee project HSE, quality, budget, schedule, and client satisfaction
- According to Cadeler's Project Management Methodology (PMM), plan and manage the installation of custom-engineered offshore projects
- Ensure the delivery of client contractual obligations, where reasonable and within your control
- Participate in, or potentially lead, internal and external project meetings
- Support senior team members and effectively manage internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project expenses, track performance against contracts, and manage potential risks
- Coordinate with other Cadeler departments and assist the Sales team with new contracts and lessons learned
- Capture and share learnings within the organization to continuously improve project outcomes

We are looking for a passionate profile, who has good stakeholder management skills. You are organized and structured, with excellent communication skills and capable of managing projects independently.
We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:
- Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Engineering/Business/Finance, or similar
- 1-2 years of work experience in Project Management is preferred
- Prior experience in offshore wind is an advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
