We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic PA with excellent communication skills to join our well-established team in Oxford. You will be responsible for supporting two or three partners and directors in the firm.
This role would suit an experienced PA who is committed and self-motivated. It is vital that you have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. This is a full-time role although there may be some flexibility with the hours for the right person.
Duties will include (but not be restricted to):
- Managing e-mails in the absence of the partner / director
- Producing reports and other documents to a very high standard
- Organising travel and other related arrangements
- Acting as a member of the administrative team
- Liaising with different internal departments
- Other PA/admin duties such as visitor hospitality, incoming and outgoing post
Amongst the skills and qualities you will display will be:
- Have proven experience of working with remote workers
- Strong knowledge and ability of Office related IT packages
- Ability to use own initiative
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ability to work on your own and also as a team member
- Ability and willingness to be proactive
- Customer focus (both internal and external)
To be considered for this role you must have previous PA experience, ideally at Director level. You will need to pay attention to detail, have the ability to prioritise workloads, strong IT skills including Outlook and a discreet approach to work. You will naturally be pro-active and self-motivated and have to ability to work independently.
