The Role

Provide general administrative support across the business

Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence

Maintain accurate records, files and documentation

Support with preparation of reports, documents and presentations

Coordinate meetings, diaries and internal communications

Assist with project-related administration and tracking

Liaise with clients, contractors and external stakeholders

Maintain office systems and databases

Support invoice processing and general finance administration

Assist with procurement, supplier coordination and office requirements

Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team
The Person

Previous experience within an administration or office support role

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel

Proactive approach with the ability to work independently

Strong team player with a positive attitude

Experience within construction, property, engineering or manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential
