This position is for our extended Lebanese Grill & Takeaway
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our Lebanese Grill & Takeaway team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing authentic Lebanese cuisine, including grilled meats, shawarma, kebabs, wraps, mezze, and other traditional dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality Lebanese grill and takeaway meals.
- Ensure food is prepared consistently andpresented to a high standard.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow all food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Manage food preparation, stock rotation, andkitchen inventory.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing recipes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef in a Lebanese, Middle Eastern, or grill restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese cooking techniquesand ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
- Food hygiene certification is an advantage.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
