As a Trade Admin Assistant, you are the backbone of our trading teams. You will help drive the commercial success of your category by supporting the Merchandiser in managing the financial performance of our stock from initial planning through to the customer.
Your Impact:
You will be the data-driven engine behind your category, supporting the Merchandiser and Buyer with:
OTB & Inventory Management: Monitoring stock flow and managing ‘Open to Buy’ to ensure we are reactive to trading conditions while maximizing ROI.
Financial Analysis: Tracking performance against KPIs, analysing sales data to identify trends, and ensuring our stock levels hit our availability targets.
Profit Maximisation: Proposing mark-down activities and range plans that optimise space and cash margin.
Strategic Support: You won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be providing the insights that shape our future ranges.
