We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer enquiries, conducting consultations, and converting leads into sales. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and present tailored fitted furniture solutions that meet their needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and respond to sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, storage requirements, and project objectives.
- Present and explain our range of fitted wardrobes, kitchens, utility rooms, lounges, dressing rooms, and walk-in wardrobe solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on leads and quotations to maximize conversion rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with designers, surveyors, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the company CRM system.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within fitted furniture, kitchens, bedrooms, home improvement, interiors, or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence (if customer visits are required).
Desirable
- Experience selling bespoke fitted wardrobes, kitchens, or interior solutions.
- Knowledge of design software or space-planning concepts.
- Experience conducting in-home consultations.
Pay: £31,500.00-£33,500.00 per year
