The Role – Groups Reservations Co-ordinator

Based in Inverness, this exciting role serves a key function within our reservations team. We are looking for an organised team member with previous experience in hotel reservations, front office or sales environment. Supporting Kingsmills, Ness Walk and from 2027 our new hotel KIN, you will you have excellent attention to detail, be guest-focused and deliver exceptional service. This is an great opportunity to join a growing group and join a high performing reservations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage group accommodation enquiries, reservations, and rooming lists.
- Deliver a detailed professional and friendly service via telephone, email and booking channels.
- Ensure precise communication and coordination of group requirements with events, front of house, and food & beverage teams.
- Maintain clean and precise booking data in the hotel reservation and back office systems.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, and event planners.
- Manage group payments in line with the group contracts.
- Source, co-ordinate and track experiences and entertainment for group guests
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a hotel reservations, front desk, or sales environment.
- Great organizational skills with precise attention to detail.
- A warm, confident phone manner and customer-first attitude.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
