We have an opportunity for a Transaction Manager to join our team at Volkswagen Passenger Car, Poole
As a Transaction Manager you will support the Sales Manager in leading and developing the sales team, maximising profitability across vehicle sales, finance and insurance, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
Manage vehicle sales enquiries, diary activity and dealer web management to maximise opportunities.
Drive profitability across new and used vehicle sales, finance, insurance and related products.
Ensure the team has strong knowledge of products, promotions and marketing activity through effective daily communication.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels and departmental processes to support efficiency and budget control.
Review customer experience measures and identify areas for improvement to achieve brand and dealership targets.
Oversee finance and insurance referral processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant customer handover.
Monitor outstanding balances, refunds and vehicle-related administration accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally, involving others where appropriate to deliver the right outcome.
What you will need to be a Transaction Manager at Volkswagen Passenger Car:
Transaction Manager experience, or proven sales leadership experience.
Automotive industry knowledge and a strong track record of achieving targets.
Excellent organisational, communication and people skills.
Positive, driven and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good computer skills and a full UK driving licence.
Hours of Work are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 18:00; Saturdays, 08:30 - 17:00; and 1 in 3 Sundays, 10:00 - 16:00. This is a 5-day working week, with a set day off during the week
