We are seeking dedicated Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team at The Flanagan Group in Merseyside. This role is vital in delivering outstanding service in our hotel restaurants and bars, ensuring our guests enjoy a welcoming and high-quality dining experience. Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas.
- Support the kitchen and bar staff as needed.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering prompt and attentive service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the setup of event spaces for functions and special occasions.
- Follow food safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.

- Previous restaurant or barista experience is advantageous.
