Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our small team in the London West End and make a real difference as a Marketing and General Skills Assistant. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in marketing, project management, and organisational skills within a vibrant and fast-paced property company . The successful candidate will contribute to various marketing initiatives, support project coordination - brand development and hotel launches, and assist with general administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including the launching of hotels and hospitality brands and ensuring maximised take up by target market.
- Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and effective coordination between teams.
- Conduct analysis of market trends, campaign performance, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and reports with Microsoft Excel to communicate findings clearly.
- Manage organisational tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and coordinating events or promotional activities and visiting London based properties.
- Utilise strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners effectively.
- Lead content creation and social media engagement to enhance brand visibility.
- Support IT-related tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operation of digital tools and platforms.
Experience
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience or familiarity with project management principles is desirable.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with IT systems is advantageous.
- Demonstrated emerging leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional organisational skills with effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Experience in a similar role or environment will be considered an asset but is not essential; enthusiasm for learning is equally valued.
