Working closely with our sister events company, Kudos, as well as external agencies, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality print with exceptional customer service.
We're now looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who has experience preparing artwork specifically for large format print.
You'll be responsible for creating artwork, checking customer files, communicating directly with clients and ensuring artwork is suitable for production.
You'll become an important part of our production workflow, helping ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.
Main ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
- Design artwork for large format print
- Produce artwork for:
- Dancefloors
- Backdrops
- Media Walls
- Signage
- Exhibition Graphics
- Bar Fascias
- Hoarding
- Commercial Print
Artwork Checking
Check customer supplied artwork before production including:
- Artwork size
- Scale
- Resolution
- Bleed
- Colour mode (CMYK / RGB)
- Fonts
- Images
- Vector artwork
- Cut contours
Advise customers where artwork requires amending before production.
Print File Preparation
Prepare artwork for production including:
- Setting artwork to correct finished size
- Creating vector cut paths
- Applying Cut Contours
- Exporting print-ready PDFs
- Understanding RIP workflow
- Preparing files for large format production
Customer Communication
- Speak directly with customers
- Discuss artwork requirements
- Explain technical artwork issues
- Help customers achieve the best print result
Workflow Management
- Manage jobs using Monday.com
- Ensure artwork is completed before production deadlines
- Work closely with the print room and events team
Essential Skills
- Excellent Adobe Illustrator knowledge
- Good Adobe Photoshop skills
- Strong understanding of vector artwork
- Experience producing artwork for large format print
- Understanding of:
- CMYK & RGB colour spaces
- Cut Contours
- Bleed
- Resolution
- PDF export
- Scaling artwork correctly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good customer communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in:
- Large Format Print
- Signage
- Exhibition Graphics
- Events Industry

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
There may occasionally be a requirement to work flexibly outside these hours to meet customer deadlines or support event installations. Where appropriate, time off in lieu (TOIL) or paid overtime may be offered.

Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Graphic Design.
- Previous experience within Large Format Print, Signage or Exhibition Graphics is highly desirable.
