We are a fast-growing bubble tea brand operating company-owned stores across the UK. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store staff . If you are passionate about customer service, team management and store operations, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the store and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train and motivate the team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Ensure drinks are prepared consistently according to company standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
Pay: £30,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
