£55,000 Basic Salary | Training | Career Development | Bonus Scheme

About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Feedstock Manager to play a pivotal role in securing the raw materials that power our clients manufacturing and renewable energy plants.
You will be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of feedstock suppliers, forming long-term partnerships, and ensuring a reliable, cost-effective supply of materials to support our expanding portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new feedstock supply opportunities across multiple sectors - waste, food manufacturing, agricultural, renewable energy.
- Develop and execute a proactive sourcing and business development strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, landowners, waste operators, and industrial partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract structuring to ensure long-term supply security
- Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to align supply with demand
- Drive continuous improvement in feedstock quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, procurement, or commercial roles
- Strong track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing supply agreements
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Passion for renewable energy and the transition to a circular economy
