Job title: Recruitment Consultant (driving and logistics)
Salary and benefits: £27,000 - 30,000 basic salary, commission paid monthly, pension scheme, company events, dedicated internal training and progression, mileage claim back.
Recruitment Consultant job duties:
- Managing a group of existing clients requiring drivers on a daily basis.
- Advertising vacancies, registering candidates and undertaking reference and license checks.
- Booking existing drivers onto shifts and general candidate care duties.
- Conducting face to face meetings and update calls with existing clients.
- Following up of new client requirements passed across from the Business Development Consultant.
- Managing client queries.
Recruitment Consultant requirements:
- Applicants require 1 year minimum experience within a temps based recruitment role. Ideally this is in driving/ logistics but we are open to sector movers.
- Valid driving license essential.
- Ability to commute to Bromsgrove Monday - Friday and work as part of a collaborative team.
- Working hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
