Duties include:
Greet our customers in a warm and friendly manner
Use your extensive knowledge of our food and drinks menus to assist in any customer queries and to make recommendations
Act as a final check on the quality of and consistency of food and drinks before they are served
Assist the management team in maintaining standards and ensuring all Health & Safety guidelines are met
Display a sense of urgency, regardless of the task or level of the business
Anticipate customer needs and react accordingly
Ensure all customers have a fantastic experience that exceeds their expectations
