We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations within our busy salon. Duties
- Supervise and manage all salon staff, including stylists and assistants, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
- Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance to optimise productivity.
- Oversee retail sales and merchandising strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when handling client enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Ensure the salon adheres to health and safety regulations and maintains a clean, organised environment
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Foster a positive team environment through leadership, motivation, and ongoing training.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within a salon or retail environment, with strong supervisory skills.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in sales management, merchandising, and retail operations.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and organisational skills to handle client interactions professionally.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
