We are looking for a part-time Maintenance Operative to join our team.
Ideally, you will have some maintenance skills.
The role will involve:
- Helping with transportation of deliveries
- Assisting with the movement of furniture & equipment
- Checking equipment and carrying out minor repairs
- Decorating & Painting the home
- Day-to-day maintenance, such as health & safety checks, changing light bulbs, compliance checks and moving furniture
- Maintaining the general care of the building whilst following the health & safety procedure of the home
You will be organised, friendly and have a "can do" attitude. The successful candidate will need to be resourceful and a team player.
The role is 24 hours per week working 3 days per week (weekdays).
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £14.95-£15.75 per hour
