We're opening the doors on an exciting new restaurant project in South-east Leicestershire — a 30-seat, produce-led fine dining venue built on British ingredients, in-house curing and preserving, and a menu that changes with the seasons. This is a rare chance to get in on the ground floor of something new, working closely with the best ingredients the region has to offer.
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to run a section and help set the standard from day one.
What you'll be doing
- Running your own section with precision and consistency
- Working hands-on with whole-animal butchery, curing, and preserving
- Cooking a tight, seasonal set menu built around exceptional British produce
- Bringing energy and care to every plate that leaves the pass

- £32,000 per annum
- Wednesday to Sunday service, 3 days off a week
- Every Sunday night off, guaranteed
