We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong knowledge of retail products and services. We are looking for a Candidate that has a real Passion and Knowledge for all types of vaping. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, providing product information, assisting with purchases, and ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in finding the products they need.
- Assist customers in understanding product features and benefits.
- Maintain a neat and organized store.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Help customers complete transactions using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain product displays and shelves.
