We’re looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join a high-performing IT Operations team, supporting and optimising critical systems across a multi-site environment.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in maintaining resilient, secure and high-performing infrastructure, while contributing to continuous improvement and future technology enhancements.
Supporting and optimising core infrastructure (servers, storage, cloud & networks)
Owning and resolving complex technical issues and escalations
Managing backup & disaster recovery solutions and processes
Contributing to system improvements, documentation and operational projects
Ensuring systems remain secure, stable and aligned to best practice
Strong infrastructure experience across Windows Server, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper‑V) and cloud (Azure)
Knowledge of backup & DR tools (e.g. Veeam, Zerto, Avamar)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and enterprise environments
A proactive, hands-on approach with strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage issues through to resolution and work across teams
