Application question(s):
- This role is based in our Romford Control Room and involves a rotating shift pattern, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays. How do you plan to get to and from the site for a 11pm or 6am start, specifically when public transport might not be running?
- Imagine you are monitoring an unmanned fuel station at 3am. You spot a potential safety hazard on the CCTV—perhaps a customer smoking near a pump. What steps would expect need to be taken?
- You will be handling 1st line support. If a customer calls up frustrated because a pump isn't authorising and they are in a rush, how do you handle that call?
- We use several different software platforms for CCTV, Alarms, and Fuel Authorisation. When you have used new computer systems in the past, how did you go about learning them?
- You have a site where the intruder alarm has gone off three times in the last hour. Each time you check the cameras, the site looks empty. How do you handle the fourth alarm?
