Luminare Services is recruiting a cleaning operative for a gym in Trafford Park, Manchester. This isn't a general commercial clean — the site runs on fixed training slots, and your job is to turn the space around fast and to a high standard between sessions so it's ready for the next booking.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00–8:00am, 11:00am–12:00pm, 7:00–9:00pm (4 hours/day)
- Saturday: 10:00–11:00am (1 hour)
- Sunday: 10:00am–12:00pm (2 hours)
Hours: 23 hours per week, split shifts
Location: Westbrook Rd, Trafford Park, Stretford, Manchester M17 1AY
Pay: £12.71 per hour
What you'll be doing
- Cleaning equipment, mats, and touchpoints between sessions
- Sanitising changing rooms and shower areas
- Floor cleaning and general tidying of the training space
- Mirrors
- Communal spaces
- Spa area
What we're looking for
- Reliable and punctual — this role runs on a tight, fixed schedule with no flexibility around start times
- Comfortable working independently
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential — full training given
- Must be able to pass a basic background check
- Drivers license is preferable
