- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimize team productivity.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and administrative inquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Support financial processes by managing invoicing, expense reports, and bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the workspace remains organized.
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing reports, updating databases, and preparing presentation materials.
Requirements
- Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and basic data entry techniques.
- Previous administrative experience with a focus on clerical duties and customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately for document preparation and data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
