Deblistering Operative — Parkhead, Glasgow
FirstStop Pharmacy is looking for a reliable team member to join our dispensing support team at our Parkhead, Glasgow branch.
The Role
You'll be responsible for deblistering medication using specialist equipment, supporting our pharmacy team to prepare medicines efficiently and accurately for patients. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role that plays a key part in our dispensing process - and a great entry point into the pharmacy sector, with genuine opportunities to progress into more skilled roles within the company as you develop.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate specialist deblistering equipment safely and accurately
- Deblister medication in line with SOPs and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of stock processed
- Report any equipment faults or discrepancies promptly
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant working environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable operating machinery/equipment (full training provided)
- Previous pharmacy, healthcare, or manufacturing/production experience is a plus but not essential
Hours
Full-time or part-time available - happy to discuss hours to suit.
