ESSENTIAL
- Our true superstar will be friendly, approachable, patient, calm in a crisis and a good listener.
- You will have a flexible approach -working night shifts, and weekends is essential to the role.
- Experience of working in a similar role is beneficial and experience of night shift work is essential.
THE ROLE
- You will regularly patrol the accommodation ensuring our guests are safe and secure and ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
- You will be that friendly face at the true Hub providing a warm, friendly service to our guests and taking a decisive and effective approach to handling any questions or concerns they may have.
- You are the first response to incidents and emergencies that may arise through the night.
- You will handle any complaints or issues our guests may have as they arise, to ensure a speedy resolve.
- Communication is key, you will provide a detailed shift handover for the oncoming team.
- Team works important, you will assist with public areas and communal spaces are kept immaculate by cleaning and ensuring spaces are ready for the next day.
- You will demonstrate consistent compliance to true operational excellence standards.
