Senior Mechanical Project Manager – Plumbing / Mechanical
Essex & London (Hybrid)
£60,000 – £70,000 + car allowance + bonus
We’re looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to deliver commercial mechanical and plumbing projects across Essex and London.
Projects range from £20k to £1m, with a manageable workload of typically 1–3 live projects at any one time.
The role:
- End-to-end delivery of mechanical projects
- Managing engineers and supervisors
- Programme and cost tracking
- Client and consultant management
- Working closely with estimating and design teams
