Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fabric Layer and Cutter to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately cutting fabric pieces and layering textiles to ensure high-quality garment assembly. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency and precision of our manufacturing process, helping us deliver exceptional products to our customers. Duties
- Operate cutting machines and hand tools to precisely cut fabric according to pattern specifications
- Layer fabrics accurately, ensuring proper alignment and consistency for sewing processes
- Follow detailed work instructions and technical drawings to maintain quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Inspect fabric pieces for defects or inconsistencies before cutting or layering
- Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing fabric rolls and materials within the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality
Experience
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, especially in textile or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in sewing or familiarity with fabric handling techniques is a strong advantage
- Ability to operate cutting equipment safely and accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout shifts
