Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to join our busy Sales and Lettings teams.
This is a varied, customer-facing role based in our Ashton-in-Makerfield office. As the first point of contact for clients, applicants, landlords and tenants, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the telephone
- Managing and handling sales & lettings enquiries
- Booking property viewings, market appraisals and inspections
- Registering applicants and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with tenancy administration
- Preparing and processing property-related documentation
- Carrying out general office duties as required

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 5.30pm
- Saturday: 10.00am – 3.00pm
- Five-day working week with one weekday off in lieu of Saturday
