Barnbrook Systems Ltd is a privately owned British Company founded in 1978 and currently operates from its main manufacturing plant in Fareham, Hampshire. The company designs and manufactures various safety critical products for the Air/Rail/Marine & Defence Industries
Overall Purpose of the Role:
Working to strict safety and quality requirements, help to achieve daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer expectations and requirements, optimising efficiency and maintaining operational excellence. Able to work on many/all areas throughout the assembly process with little supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
· Be able to solder, Test and be able to use a microscope
· Assemble small parts on a production line
· Build up components and sub-assemblies into finished electrical or mechanical products
· Finish products such as applying protective coatings, bonding
· Set and operate hand-controlled Pressers and Welders
· Ensure products are to the correct tolerances and meet customer and internal standards and specifications
· Assertive, optimistic, resilient and welcomes change

The company is looking for candidates who have a flexible approach, be computer literate. Experience would be advantage but training can be provided.
