Marcliffe Hotel & Spa is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Bartender to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.
Working in our elegant fine dining restaurant and stylish hotel bar, you'll create exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and expertly preparing a range of classic and contemporary drinks. Whether serving guests enjoying dinner, afternoon tea, or special occasions, you'll be passionate about hospitality and committed to maintaining the highest standards.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Deliver exceptional customer service in our restaurant and bar.
Maintain excellent product knowledge, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and premium beverages.
Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and presented to the highest standards.
Process orders and payments accurately.
Follow all licensing, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Previous bartending experience, ideally in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium hospitality environment.
A friendly, professional, and confident approach to guest service.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
