Head Chef
With the company growing we are now looking to bring in a skilled, talented and enthusiastic chef into our company.
We have opportunities to help run an already established busy kitchen in our cheshire site
Duties
- manage the hygiene and standards of a country kitchen
- with the GM develop the menu and specials board
- drive food sales with offers and theme evenings
- negotiate with local suppliers to supply the pub and always ensure the quality of the product is kept at a high standard.
- understand GP and dish specs
- be good at working as a team or on their own
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £38,000.00 per year
