We're looking for a friendly, reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Bridgend Club, working across our bingo and slots. If you enjoy delivering great customer service in a welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
You'll help our customers enjoy their visit across our bingo and slots, providing a warm, welcoming environment and great service throughout. You'll support the smooth running of the gaming floor and help ensure customers have an enjoyable experience during their time with us.
Who we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you're enthusiastic, reliable and take pride in delivering great customer service. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most. Full training will be provided, so don't worry if it's all new to you.
You'll need to be flexible, happy to work across different departments, and comfortable working as part of a close-knit team.

- Hours: 20 hours per week, worked across 3 days
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Availability: Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Age: Must be 18 or over
