The Opportunity
As a Trainer & Assessor you'll use your industry experience to deliver engaging classroom and practical training to technicians from across the UK. You'll help learners build confidence, achieve recognised qualifications and develop the skills needed to progress within the automotive industry.
This role is about far more than delivering presentations. It's about inspiring people, sharing your knowledge and ensuring every learner leaves feeling better equipped than when they arrived.
What We're Looking For
· Current Class 4 & 7 MOT Tester with extensive practical experience.
· Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent experience/ATA registration).
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
· Someone who enjoys helping others learn and develop.
· Professional, organised and motivated with high personal standards.
· Full UK Driving Licence (occasional UK travel may be required).
Desirable
· IMI Level 2 Award in Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Routine Maintenance Activities
· Level 3 Award in MOT Test Centre Management.
· Teaching or Assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
