Multi-Trade Builder Required
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Builder to join our growing team. Wecarry out a wide range of residential building, renovation and refurbishment projects, and we'relooking for someone who takes pride inproducing high-quality work.
The successful candidate must be able look to work independently when required, as well as part of a team, and be motivated, dependable and committed to completing every job to a high standard.
What you'll be doing
- First and second fix carpentry, includingstudwork, framing and finishing work.
- Installing insulation and plasterboard.
- Groundworks including drainage, foundations and operating machinery.
- Bricklaying, blockwork and concrete works.
- Demolition works.
- General building and multi-trade tasks across a variety of projects.
- Reading and working from drawings andspecifications.
- Maintaining a safe, tidy and professionalworking environment.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Builder.
- Strong carpentry, groundworks and general building experience.
- Experience in roofing and masonry isadvantageous.
- Confident using hand and power tools.
- Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work on your own initiative.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport.
- Own tools.
