About Us Teamworks is a multi-venue fast-paced, customer focused go-karting and Laser tag provider dedicated to delivering safe, high-performance experiences. We’re looking for a friendly, organised, Catering Assistant to join our team.
The Impact You'll Make
As part of our catering team, you’ll be the fuel that keeps our guests going—literally. From preparing pizzas for parties to post-race burgers and chips, you’ll help turn a fun day out into a truly memorable one. Your role will be about more than just food service—it’s about creating moments that make people want to come back again and again.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot food and beverages for individuals and groups.
- Deliver excellent customer service at the counter, in the café area, and during private events.
- Support themed race events, birthday parties, and corporate functions with catering.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in line with hygiene regulations.
- Assist with stock management - ie: receiving and rotating supplies.
- Work closely with the events and track teams to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in catering, hospitality, or a fast-paced food service environment.
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety practices (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus).
- The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure—especially during peak race times.
- A flexible, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
