We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to support the delivery of our Apprenticeship service. You will be responsible for responding promptly to enquiries from prospective learners and employers, providing accurate and up-to-date information by telephone, email and face to face. You will manage apprenticeship vacancies across the National Apprenticeship and West Suffolk College websites, act as a key point of contact for the team, and support Business Development Executives by planning and coordinating apprenticeship pre-enrolment sessions. You will also work closely with the Employer Engagement Lead on the Talent Link and HE Project, ensuring student enquiries and applications are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
The role will involve maintaining accurate employer and contact records on the College CRM system and using it to promote current apprenticeship vacancies. You will support apprenticeship marketing activity by liaising with the Marketing team on social media, promotional materials and events, as well as participating in College events such as Open Events, Campus Tours and School Talks. Alongside this, you will undertake a range of administrative duties, including data input, reporting and Excel-based tasks, and complete relevant training to support your development. You will be expected to promote equality and diversity, follow College health and safety and risk management procedures, and undertake other duties as required by the Principal or delegated authority.
