Job Summary
SRM Electrical is an independent electrical wholesaler and distributor, with over 25 years’ experience servicing the trade and public.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our clients, driving revenue growth through proactive engagement and excellent customer service. Your role will include generating and increasing sales by serving our customers over the trade counter, as well as over the phone. You will be responsible for preparing customer quotations, warehouse duties, picking customer orders, goods in/ out and have a keen interest in meeting sales targets and working as a team.
Responsibilities
- Serving customers and taking telephone calls
- Checking and loading deliveries onto the van
- Picking and confirming orders
- Maintaining a clean and tidy goods inwards area
- Processing goods inwards, putting stock away in the correct locations
Requirements
- Have a “can do” and positive attitude and be someone willing to learn
- Happy to work in a fast paced and professional environment
- You appreciate the importance of good customer service
- Good sense of humour
- Confident attitude towards sales and meeting targets
This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to thrive in a collaborative setting while sharpening their sales expertise. Some experience in the Electrical Distribution industry would be an advantage but full training will be given.
Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
