Hi,
I’m Tim, founder of Pooki Presses.
We’re a growing manufacturing business based in the Forest of Dean, designing and building relief printing presses used by artists, schools and universities across the UK and beyond.
Over the past five years we’ve grown quickly, but like many founder-led businesses, our finance systems have grown organically alongside us.
Now we’re looking for someone to change that.
To help build the finance function that will support the next stage of our growth.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, building systems and helping a founder truly understand the numbers behind the business.
You’ll work directly alongside me and our accountant to build the financial operating system inside Pooki Presses.
This means implementing better reporting and taking ownership of Bookkeeping, Account Payables, Raising Invoices and Scheduling Payments, improving processes, creating budgets, forecasting cashflow and giving us the confidence to make bigger decisions backed by accurate information while maintaining the Finance Functions that are already in Place and Building and Implementing Systems that are Missing
You’ll own the day-to-day finance functions while continuously improving how it operates.
You’ll enjoy turning messy information into clear decisions.
And you’ll take genuine pride in building systems that make a growing business stronger.

Pay: £24,420.00-£34,000.00 per year
