Spa Therapist
Location: Pampered & Polished, Holiday Inn Corby
Pampered & Polished is looking for a friendly, professional and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. If you're dedicated to delivering exceptional treatments and creating memorable experiences for every guest, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of professional face and body treatments to a high standard.
- Carry out thorough client consultations and provide appropriate aftercare advice.
- Recommend retail products where suitable to enhance the client's homecare routine.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain stock levels and report low stock where necessary.
- Support the promotion of the spa by creating and contributing to social media content, including photos, videos and posts.
- Help promote seasonal offers, treatments and retail products across the spa's social media platforms.
- Ensure all health, safety and hygiene procedures are followed.
- Provide outstanding customer service to both spa and hotel guests.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum).
- Confident performing massage and beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Reliable, organised and punctual.
- Comfortable appearing in and creating content for social media.
- Flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
Desirable
- Previous spa or salon experience.
- Experience with luxury skincare brands, ideally ishga.
- Confidence in recommending retail products.
